Method: |
- Sieve flour and baking powder. Add salt and mix well.
- Mix flour, cut bananas and cashew nuts.
- Cream fat and sugar.
- Beat the eggs and add to the above creamed mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the flour mixture in the creamed butter mixture.
- Pour the flour the mixture in a prepared cake tin and bake at 300 degree F for 30-45 minutes
