Method: |
- Sieve the besan properly and fry in ghee over slow heat till golden brown in colour.
- Prepare sugar syrup of two thread consistency.
- Add sugar syrup to besan and mix mashed khoa and crushed cardamom.
- Cook the mixture till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
