Milk |

Butter (unsalted) |

Gelatin |

1/2 tsp |

Method: |
- Dissolve gelatin in small amount of hot water.
- Heat half of the milk. Add beaten egg yolk and half of the sugar and constantly stir ,cook for few minutes.
- Caramelize remaining half of the sugar in a sauce pan, using 1 tbsp water, till rich golden brown. Add the remaining milk to caramel and simmer till it dissolves.
- Add soaked gelatin, butter and caramel milk in the mixture of yolk and milk.
- Pour this mixture in a tray and freeze till semi solid.
- Remove the mixture from freezer, beat it till light.
- Fold in the whipped cream and put in the freezer again.
- Serve, when solid, garnished with chopped nuts
