Carrot finely grated |
|
1 cup |
Milk |
|
2 cups |
Sugar |
|
1 cup |
Cardamom powder |
|
¼ tsp |
Butter |

1 tsp |

Method: |
- Put the butter in a saucepan and fry the finely grated carrot till the raw smell disappears.
- Now add the milk and sugar and simmer till the mixture turns thick and begins to leave the sides of the saucepan.
- Mix in the cardamom powder and pour out the mixture on to a greased thali. When cold, cut into squares and store in an airtight tin.
