| Fresh cream |

Method: |
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Mix water, egg yolks, oil, vanilla essence and lemon juice and add in dry ingredient and mix well.
- Whish egg white and icing sugar (add cream of tarter) up to stiff peak stage.
- Fold egg white in the above mixture. Pour t5he mixture in the prepare cake tray and bake at 375 degree F for about 30 min.
For Topping
- Beat fresh cream.
- Add cocoa powder and icing sugar in cream, mix well to pouring consistency.
- Pour on top of the cake and sprinkle walnut pieces on top for decoration.
