Ingredients: |
| Khoa (Dried whole milk) |
|
100 g |
| Coconut powder |
|
50 g |
| Sugar |
|
50 g |
| Kewra essence |
|
1 drop |
| Colour (any) |
|
few drops |
| Fat |
|
for greasing |

| |
Method: |
- Mash the khoa and cook on slow fire, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.
- Remove from fire and mix sugar well.
- Cook it again and add coconut powder.
- Cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add essence and colour.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a greased plate.
- When it becomes cold, cut into pieces and serve.
