Ingredients:

Stoned and chopped dates   1 ½ cups
Milk   3 cups
Eggs   2
Cornflour   2 tbsp
Sugar   4 tbsp
Vanilla essence   1 tsp
 

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl beat in the eggs along with the sugar and vanilla essence.
  • Then add the milk, corn flour and the chopped dates. Mix well.
  • Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven till the top is slightly browned. Serve hot or cold as desired.
