Ingredients: |
| Refined flour (Maida) |

| Butter |

| Castor Sugar |

| Baking Powder |

1/4 tsp |
| Crystallized ginger |

1/2 tbsp (for mixing dried fruits) |

Method: |
- Chop dry fruits and mix with 1tbsp flour and sieve.
- Sift the flour and baking powder.
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg.
- Fold in the flour and add milk as required to make a mixture of dropping consistency. Fold in the fruits.
- Pour the mixture in to a greased and floured bread tin and bake in the moderate over till done.
- Remove the cake from tin. Cool on a wire rack and slice with a sharp knife.
- Serve.
