Method: |
- Beat the egg and castor sugar till well mixed.
- Heat ghee in karahi, add egg and sugar mixture with constant stirring.
- Cook till the mixture thickens.
- Remove from fire.
- Serve, garnished with cardamom powder and chopped nuts.
