Method: |
- To prepare dressing, heat the fruit juices.
- Make a paste of corn flour with water.
- Add to the juices and cook till it thickens. Add sugar.
- Cool and mix cream. Chill in refrigerator.
- Now, peel the oranges and remove the white skin and seeds.
- Slice banana and grapes. Chop pineapple.
- Dice apple with skin.
- Mix all the fruits with the dressing.
- Serve garnished with glazed cherries and salad leaves.
