| Khoa (Dried whole milk) |

100 g |
| Sugar |

| Kewra essence |

1 drop |
| Colour (Green) |

| Fat |

Method: |
- Wash, peel and grate ghiya properly.
- Heat fat and fry grated ghiya a little. Add some water and cook till tender.
- Add sugar and cook with constant stirring till the mixture become thick.
- Add grated khoa to this mixture and mix well.
- Cook till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Remove from fire and add colour and essence.
- Spread over greased plate and cut into pieces when cold. Serve.
