Ingredients: |
Cream |

2 cups |
Sugar |

1/2 cup |
Gelatin |

2 1/2teaspoons |
Milk |

1/2 cup |
Vanilla extract |

Method: |
- Combine gelatin and milk and keep it aside for around 5 minutes.
- Combine cream, sugar and vanilla and put it on medium heat. Don't let it come to a rolling boil.
- Switch off the heat and add the gelatin mixture to the cream mixture, stir well to combine everything. Without allowing the mixture to cool, strain it. Pour the mixture into individual glass containers (preferable of low height)
- Let it cool and come to room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, dip the container in hot water and unmould on a plate. You may serve panna cotta with chocolate syrup or any fruit of your choice.
