Ingredients: |
| Milk |
|
1 litre |
| Fresh curds |
|
1/2 tsp |
| Sugar |
|
1 cup |
| Citric acid |
|
2 pinches |

Method: |
- Boil milk, remove from fire and cool to room temperature.
- Mix curds to this milk and whip well.
- Put it in a heavy kadai and cook stirring constantly till it becomes thick.
- Add sugar when the mixture is reduced to ½ of its original quantity.
- Dissolve citric acid in little water and add to the milk. Stir till complete moisture is absorbed.
- Pour on a greased tray, level the surfaces. Keep aside for some hours till it is set. Cut into pieces and serve.
