Ingredients:

Moong (Green Gram) Dal   40 g
Ghee   20 g
Suji (Semolina)   10 g
Khoa (Dried whole milk)   30 g
Sugar   40 g
Water   40 ml
Almonds   2
Raisins (Kishmish)   2
Green cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi)   1
Pistachios   2
 

Method:

  • Clean, wash and soak the dal overnight.
  • Grind the dal to a fine paste.
  • Add sugar to water and boil.
  • Heat ghee, fry nuts and take out.
  • Fry the dal paste and suji on low fire to a golden broen colour.
  • Add koha and fry for a while.
  • Add sugar syrup and cook till the mixture becomes dry.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot, garnished with fried nuts.
