Milk |

Moong (Green Gram) Dal |

30 g |
Sugar |
|
4 tsp |
Almond |

Method: |
- Wash and soak the dal in water for an hour.
- Boil dal in water till it is tender.
- Add milk and simmer on slow heat for 20 minutes with frequent stirring.
- When it becomes creamy, add sugar and stir.
- Cook so that the mixture becomes creamy again.
- Remove from fire.
- Serve hot or cold, garnished with shredded almonds.
