Milk |

Green peas, cooked and mashed |
|
1 cup |
Sugar |
|
½ cup |
Rice flour |
|
1 tbsp |
Chopped cashewnuts |
|
2 tbsp |
Raisins |
|
1 tbsp |
Cardamom powder |
|
1/4 tsp |

Method: |
- Pour the milk into a saucepan. Then add the green peas. Boil for about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped cashewnuts, raisins and cardamom powder.
- Make a thin paste of the rice flour with a little water and add to the simmering milk.
- Mix in the sugar and keep stirring till a soft custard like kheer is formed. Serve hot or cold as desired.
