Ingredients:

Milk   500 ml
Rice   20 g
Sugar   4 tsp
Almond   4
Kewra essence   2 drops
 

Method:

  • Soak the rice for 1-2 hours in water.
  • Drain excess water and grind the rice with cold milk in the liquidizer. Add rest of the milk (cold).
  • Cook this mixture with constant stirring till it becomes creamy.
  • Add sugar and give one boil. Remove from fire.
  • Add drops of kewra essence.
  • Put the mixture in fridge to set.
  • Serve garnished with shredded almonds.
