| Carrot finely grated |

Method: |
- Add 1 tbsp sugar and cardamom powder to the milk and boil until thick (like rabri).
- Cool and chill. Add finely cut fruits.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar, mix well and keep in the refrigerator.
