Ingredients: |
| Spring onions cut into chunks- |

| Oil |

1tbsp |
| Cauliflower florets |

| Garlic paste |

| Vinegar |

10 tbsp |
| Soya sauce |

3 tbsp |
| Sugar |

6 tsp |
| Chilli powder |

1 tsp |
| Salt |

1/2 tsp |
| Capsicum |

4 cut into chunks |
| Tomatoes cut into chunks |

| Pineapple rings cut into chunks |

| Cornflour |
|
4 tsp dissolved in 4 tsp of water. |

Method: |
- Put the oil in a pan, when hot add onions and sauté till translucent, add cauliflower florets and garlic paste. Sauté.
- After 5 minutes add vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, chilli powder and salt with 4 cups of water.
- Cook for 10 more minutes (when the stew begins to boil) and then add capsicum, tomatoes, pineapple and cornflour paste and cover and cook.
- Cook till the vegetables are tender and well cooked. Remove from heat and serve hot.
