Method: |
- Clean chicken and cut into 1" pieces.
- Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and pepper powder.
- Mix egg white and corn flour and coat chicken pieces with this.
- Heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken for 4 to 5 minutes or till done.
- Clean and cuts mushroom, capsicum and cucumber into cubes. Finely chop onion, garlic and ginger.
- Reheat the oil and saute' all the vegetables separately, one by one, adding salt to each.
- Mix all the ingredients for sauce, heat and chicken and sauted vegetables. Cook for five minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with fried green chillies.
