Ingredients:

Boneless chicken   200 g
Egg   1/2
All purpose flour   1 tbsp
Cornstarch   1 tbsp
salt to taste
Cornstarch   1 tbsp
Yogurt   11/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder   1 tsp
Red chilli paste   1 tbsp
Coriander powder   1 tsp
Garam masala powder   1/2 tsp
Onion (finely chopped)   1 medium size
Chopped cilantro   1 tbsp
Ginger paste   1 tsp
Garlic paste   1 tsp
Oil to deep fry
 

Method:

  • Cut chicken into cubes and marinate in salt, egg, all purpose flour, cornstarch, and red chilli paste. Mix well and deep fry one by one.
  • In another pan, heat oil, add onion and cook till translucent. Add ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder and yogurt and mix well.
  • Remove the fried chicken pieces and add them to the yogurt mixture.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Add garam masala powder and cilantro.
  • Cook for a while and serve hot.
