| Red chilli powder |

| Garam masala powder |

| Onion (finely chopped) |

| Chopped cilantro |

| Ginger paste |

| Garlic paste |

| Oil to deep fry |

Method: |
- Cut chicken into cubes and marinate in salt, egg, all purpose flour, cornstarch, and red chilli paste. Mix well and deep fry one by one.
- In another pan, heat oil, add onion and cook till translucent. Add ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder and yogurt and mix well.
- Remove the fried chicken pieces and add them to the yogurt mixture.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add garam masala powder and cilantro.
- Cook for a while and serve hot.
