Method: |
- Clean the crab and separate into pieces. Remove the top shell.
- Grind the ingredients 2–10 to make a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the crab pieces along with finely chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder for about 3 minutes
- Add the ground masala paste to the pan and sauté for another 5 minutes
- Add half a cup of water and salt to the pan, cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Uncover and increase the heat to high, and fry it till most of the water is evaporated to form a thick gravy. Stir fry more, if you want it dry.
