oil   2 1/2 tsp
salt to taste  
2 onions   medium size chopped
2 tomato   small tomato chopped
capsicum   2 tsp chopped
zeera   1/3 tsp
haldi powder   1/4 tsp
2 green chilly   chopped
red chilly   1/4
bread   1/4


  • first beat eggs in a bowl then.
  • take pan put oil then add onions till golden brown add all masalas then add egss and latsly tomato and stir well till it seperate into small piece and garnis with coriander and serve with bread or toasted bread
