Pomfret   2
Cilantro   Small bunch
Ginger   1/2 piece
Salt to taste
Garlic   4 cloves
Turmeric   1/4 tsp
Green chillies   4
Onion   1/2
Red chilli powder   1/2 tsp
Coriander powder   1/2 tsp
Lime juice   1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder   1/4 tsp
 

Method:

  • Grind the masalas coarsely.
  • Marinate the Fish with the above masalas for 2 to 3 hrs. Dip in bread crumbs and fry
