Ingredients: |
Chicken boneless |

Ginger garlic paste |

Haldi |

1/2 tsp |
Red chilli powder |
|
1 tsp |
Curd |
|
1/2 cup |
Red colour |
|
few drops |
Few Curry leaves |
Green chillies |

Method: |
- Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi and cornflour for a few hours.
- Heat oil and fry chicken pieces on low flame till cooked and well browned.
- Remove the chicken pieces and keep aside. Mix the red colour with curd.
- Take little oil add curry leaves and diced chillies, stir add beaten curd, cook for few seconds, then add chicken and cook till all curd tries up and the chicken is well coated.
