Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts or thighs   4
Yogurt   4 tbsp
Heavy cream   2 tbsp
Ginger paste   3 tsp
Cilantro leaves   1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Butter for basting
 

Method:

  • Blend all the marinade ingredients at high speed in a blender.
  • Make deep cuts in the chicken or fork it. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the marinade.
  • Grill on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side. Baste with butter in between.
  • You can also bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Serve with Mint chutney.
