Method: |
- Pick and wash the dal. wash the minced meat.
- Chop ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- Pressure cook minced meat along with dal, ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt, whole spices and sufficient water for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and dry the mixture completely over fire.
- Discard the whole spices, cool and grind to a fine paste.
- Mix egg yolk to the above mixture and divide the mixture in to four parts.
- Shape into ball, flatten them and shape the kababs.
- Dip in beaten egg white and coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot fat till golden brown.
- Serve hot garnished with onion rings and chutney.
