Ingredients:

Bread   4 Slices
Channa dal   1 cup
Chilli powder   1 tsp
Coriander powder   1/4 tsp
Salt to taste  
Oil for frying  
 

Method:

  • Cut onions into small pieces
  • Make the paste of channa dal by adding some water and mix salt,chilli, corriander powder and some coriander leaves for taste.
  • Cut the bread into four pieces and dip them in channa dal paste and deep fry them in the oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot
