Ingredients:

Sugar   1/2 cup
Water   1/2 cup
Flour   3/4 cup
Curd   1 cup
Khowa kheer   a little amount
Aniseed   2 tsp
 

Method:

  • Boil together sugar and water to make the syrup. Batter well the flour & curd. Keep for 6-7 hours. Add Aniseed and give flat round shape to the malpoas. Deep-fry the malpoas. Soak the fried malpoas in syrup for at least 10 minutes. Serve spreading khowa
