Ingredients:

Muri puffed rice   200g.
Mustard oil   3 tsp
Finely chopped onion   4 tbsp
Green peas   50g
Finely chopped coriander leaves   2tbsp
Chanachur   100g.(A mixture of spicy pulses and nuts)
Green chilies finely chopped   2 nos
 

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve at once. Muri should be crisp when mixed and should not be left open for long to avoid softening.
