Ingredients:

Sour buttermilk   2 cups
Gram flour   2 tbsp
Turmeric powder   1/4 tsp
Salt   1 tsp
Cumin seeds   1/2 tsp
Chilli powder   1/2 tsp
Sugar   1 tsp
Few Curry leaves  
Oil   1 tsp
A pinch of Hing  
Coriander leaves   1/4 bunch
 

Method:

  • Mix buttermilk, salt, turmeric and gram flour and make sure there are no lumps. Cook this on medium flame. Add sugar and chilli powder to it.
  • Heat oil in seasoning pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and hing. When they crackle remove from fire and add to the above mixture.
  • Pour it in a serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice.
