Ingredients:

1 khatta dhokla packet 1 no. /mixture   200 g
Grated paneer   2 Tbsp
Finely chopped spinach   4 Tbsp
 

Method:

  • Prepare the batter according to the instuctions given on the packet.
  • Grease small flan tins very well.
  • Sprinkle the grated paneer and Spinach at the bottom. Fill the tins with the prepared batter and steam for 5 minutes. Turn the tins upside down. Fill the centre with green Chutney.
