| Jowar atta |

Method: |
- Grind onion, greenchillies, garlic into fine paste.
- in a bowl put jowar atta,
- Add all ingredients, add salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder mentioned above in the atta add water and knead to make dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls.
- Take one portion/ball in a thali put little dry jowar atta and flatten the ball with hand to make thin roti.
- Heat tava put little oil/ghee and cook/roast the roti till golden brown.
- Serve with traditional karnataka chutneypudi and dahi.
