Ingredients:

Jowar flour   1 cup
Garlic flakes   8-10
Methi Leaves finely chopped   1 cup
Green chillies   2
Red chilly powder   1 tsp
Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
Salt   To taste
 

Method:

  • Grind onion, greenchillies, garlic into fine paste in a bowl ,add jowar atta.
  • Add all ingredients, add salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder mentioned above in the atta add water and knead to make dough.
  • Divide the dough into 8 balls.
  • Take one portion/ball ,put little dry jowar atta and flatten the ball with hand to make thin roti.
  • Heat tava put little oil and cook the roti till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
