Ingredients:

Aval   1/2 Cup
Sugar   1/4 Cup
Ghee   1/4 Cup
Milk   2 Cups
Cashew Nuts   Raisins   1 Tbsp
A pinch of cardamom powder  
 

Method:

  • Fry the aval in 1/4 cup ghee.
  • Later boil the same in 1½ cup milk.
  • Add sugar.
  • Fry cashew nuts, raisins in little ghee and add to the payasam.
  • Add cardamom powder and stir well
