Ingredients:

Cabbage, long runner-beans   500 g
Coconut   1 cup
Garlic   2 cloves
Coconut oil   1 tsp
Mustard seeds   1/2 tsp
Black gram   1 tsp
Dried red chilli (cut into 2-3 pieces)   4-5 nos
Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder   1/2 tsp
Jeera Seeds   1/4 tsp
Curry leaves   2 sprig
Salt to taste  
 

Method:

  • Take the coconut, crush it along with the jeera seeds, curry leaves and garlic. Wash the vegetables and boil it in a pan. Add salt and chillies ,Next, heat oil in a frying pan and saute ingredients.
  • Once the ingredients are fried, add to it turmeric and chilly powder along with the boiled vegetables and the crushed ingredients. Mix them properly.
  • Serve hot
