Ingredients:

Wheat flour   2 cups
Ghee   2 tsp
Milk   1 Cup
Jeera   1/2 tsp
Salt to taste  
 

Method:

  • Mix jeera seeds, salt and ghee with the flour thoroughly.
  • Add milk to the mixture and make soft dough.
  • Roll out equal balls out of the dough and make rotis.
  • Place them on heated tawa and cook it well.
  • Serve hot.
