Ingredients: |
| Drumstick leaves |
|
1 cup |
| Red chillies |
|
10 |
| Bengal gram dhal |
|
1 tbsp |
| Urad dhal |
|
1 tbsp |
| Tamarind |
|
gooseberry sized |
| Grated fresh coconut |
|
1 ½ tbsp |
| Salt as required |
|
|
| For seasoning: |
|
|
| Oil |
|
1 tsp |
| Mustard seeds |
|
1/4 tsp |
|

Method: |
- Heat little oil and fry chillies, Bengal gram dhal and black gram dhal together till golden.
- Fry leaves separately in little oil till it shrinks. Do not over fry.
- Grind everything together with coconut, tamarind and salt to coarse paste.
- Season with mustard seeds.
