Method: |
- Heat butter and fry thinly sliced onion in foaming butter, till they are evenly browned all over.
- Stir in the flour and cook for two minutes, gradually add the stock and bring to boil. Add bay leaf and seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes
- Strain the soup to get approximately 200 ml of extract.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated cheese.
