Ingredients:

Capsicum   100 g
Potato   100 g
Onion   30 g
Ginger   5 g
Salt   1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder   1/4 tsp
Garam masala   1/4 tsp
Amchur   1/4 tsp
Fat   1 tbsp
 

Method:

  • Boil, Peel and mash potatoes. Chop onion and ginger.
  • Heat 1 tsp fat. Add chopped onion, ginger, spices and mashed potatoes.
  • Fry for 2-3 minutes and keeps aside to cool.
  • Wash capsicum and remove stalk along with a thin slice from top.
  • Fill with potato stuffing and replace top (secure with tooth picks).
  • Heat 2 tsp fat and cook capsicum in it on slow fire in a covered pan till tender and browned.
