Method: |
- Wash and scrape tindas and slit them.
- Grate onion, ginger and tomatoes, mix dry masalas in it.
- Fill the masala paste into tindas.
- Heat fat in a pan and put the stuffed tindas and left over masala paste in it. Fry over low heat till tindas are lightly browned.
- Add a litte water and cook on slow fire till tindas are tender and water dries up.
- Serve hot sprinkled w2ith chopped coriander leaves and garam masala.
