Ingredients:

 
For Dough:
 
Wheat flour   150 g
Ghee   3 tbsp
Water   enough to make soft dough
 

Method:

  • Make soft dough with flour and water.
  • Keep it aside for 20 to 30 minutes and knead again.
  • Heat tandoor.
  • Divide into four balls.
  • Wet the hands and flatten the ball, apply ghee and fold again.
  • Shape into rounds using palms and fingers of the hands.
  • Apply the paranthas on the inside of the heated tandoor and cook till done.
  • Remove and apply ghee and serve hot.
