Method: |
- Mix oil, lemon juice, and all powder masala into a thick paste.
- Marinate chopped vegetables in this paste for half an hour.
- Cook them on a very hot tawa for 10-12 minutes till they are almost cooked. Make sure not to over cook, the vegetables should taste crunchy and cooked. Serve hot.
