Ingredients:

Rajma soaked overnight and boiled   2 cups
Tomatoes, chopped   1/2 cup
Onions, thinly sliced   1 cup
Spring onion, chopped   1
To be mixed for the Dressing  
Lemon juice   1 Tbsp
Salt and pepper   To taste
 

Method:

  • In a glass bowl, add all the ingredients, except lemon juice.Pour lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Toss just before serving.
