Hung curd cheese   1 kg curd hung in a muslin cloth for two hours
Olive oil   1 tsp
Mustard powder   1/2 tsp
Sugar   1tsp
Juice of one lemon  
Garlic (crushed)   6 cloves
Finely chopped parsely   2 tbsp
Milk   4 tbsp


  • Mix olive oil, mustard powder, sugar, lemon juice, garlic and finely chopped parsley into the hung curd cheese.
  • Blend with milk.
