Fresh lemon juice   1 tsp
Sugar   1/2 tsp
Finely chopped fresh parsley   1 tbsp
Hot pepper sauce / Worcestershire sauce (optional)   1/4 tsp (optional) / 1/2 tsp (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper   to taste
 

Method:

  • In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing flavors to blend.
