Garam masala   2 tsp
Coriander powder   2 tsp
Vinegar   4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp
Chilli powder To taste
Oil   1 tsp
Salt To taste
 

Method:

  • Rub the fish with salt, chilli powder, garam masala, vinegar, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep
  • it aside. Line a pan with oil and grill the fish and serve hot.
