Ingredients:

Tomatoes, cut in quarters   2 large sized
Red bell pepper, cut in strips   1
Onion, sliced in rings   1 small sized
Tuna in vegetable oil   1 can
Vinegar   2 tsp
Garlic clove, finely minced   1/2 small
Salt   1/8 tsp
Pepper   1/8 tsp
Pepper   1/8 tsp
Black olives, chopped (optional)   10 pitted
 

Method:

  • Drain oil from tuna into a small jar. Make salad dressing: add olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to tuna oil in jar. Seal tightly and shake vigorously to blend. Toss in all the other ingredients and serve.
