Ingredients:

Corn   2 Cups
Cut green beans   2 Cups
Sugar   1/2 tsp
Lime   2 tsp
green peas, drained   1 Cup
Pepper   1 tsp
Chopped bell pepper   1 Cup
Salt   1/2 tsp
Oil   1/2 tsp
Water   1 Tbsp
 

Method:

  • Combine sugar, lime, oil, water, pepper and salt in a saucepan and bring to boil.
  • Remove from heat and then allow it to cool. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl; then pour the above mixture over and toss it.
  • Now cover and cool it for 3 hours.
  • Serve.
