Ingredients:

Daliya (broken wheat)   1 Tbsp
Sweet Corn   1 Tbsp
Green peas (cooked)   2 tsp
Carrot (diced into pieces)   1
Green chilies   1
Green chilli paste   2 tsp
Oil   1 tsp
Salt   To taste
 

Method:

  • Steam the sweet corn and mash it into a coarse paste.
  • Soak Daliya in water for about 2 hrs.
  • Roll into a paratha.
  • Mix daliya, mashed sweet corn, green peas, carrot and ginger chili paste. Add salt to taste.
  • Make three patties from the above mixture.
  • Bake in an oven
  • Serve hot.
